來到卡卡，不僅是眼看得到、手觸摸得到的手作品，更可以透過心靈來探索藝術、生活的態度、原始的美好，還可以品品茶，学学手艺，听听手作人的创意分享等。

為降低對地球的傷害，卡卡藝術市集全力支持環保。所有產品/作品必需是摊主本身的创作，且材質、製作過程，以不傷害地球的為前提。也呼籲民眾自備環保袋和環保餐具，响应『No Plastic Bag 無塑膠袋』运動。
