Looking 4 a space

Dear Sir/Mdm,
Pingstage, a theatre company in KL Malaysia looking 4 a studio abt 800 sq.(or more) Purpose is 4 theatre rehearsal and managment. We cant pay much, the budjet is RM 400-450/mth. We have to move out from Ue3 due to increase of rent.
